After the sandblasting treatment of the front ends of the brake discs is completed, they are fed to the robot working area at a rate of 55 – 60 pieces per minute through the conveyor. With vision-guided tracking picking, the robot can pick and place the parts in an orderly manner onto the downstream conveyor line for the next powder coating process.
