To accelerate its global expansion strategy and strengthen its presence in Japan and Southeast Asia, Robotphoenix has officially begun establishing its Japan subsidiary and overseas R&D center.

On July 1, two experienced industry experts with decades of experience in Japan’s manufacturing sector officially joined the Robotphoenix team, bringing extensive expertise in industrial automation, international business operations, and manufacturing ecosystem development.

The two experts, Masafumi Isozaki and Kuniya Hayashi, have built extensive industry networks and accumulated valuable experience across Japan’s manufacturing landscape.

Masafumi Isozaki has more than 30 years of experience in industrial automation. He previously worked for renowned Japanese companies including Panasonic and Sanmei Kiko and spent many years managing subsidiaries in Southeast Asia. His expertise covers robot system integration, factory automation, overseas factory operations, and cross-regional industrial ecosystem development. He also has extensive knowledge of Japan’s automation supply chains, Southeast Asian automotive manufacturing, and precision manufacturing.

Kuniya Hayashi brings more than 40 years of senior management experience at leading Japanese companies, including Sony, Nippon Housing, and Yazaki Corporation. He specializes in new business development, corporate transformation, and cross-industry commercialization. His experience spans automotive components, electronics, renewable energy, and other industries, giving him strong connections across Japan’s manufacturing supply chain and extensive experience in regional market expansion.

With the support of its localized professional team, Robotphoenix will use Japan as a strategic hub for expanding its business across Japan and Southeast Asia. The company plans to provide integrated smart factory solutions for industries such as automotive, electronics, and healthcare manufacturing, while also expanding automation applications in warehousing, retail, and new energy.

Robotphoenix will continue to promote the overseas commercialization of its independently developed robotic products and develop flexible automation solutions tailored to the needs of manufacturers across East and Southeast Asia. By combining advanced robotics technology with customized industrial automation solutions, the company aims to help manufacturers improve production efficiency, manufacturing flexibility, and intelligent production capabilities.

At the same time, Robotphoenix has begun exploring cooperation with leading Japanese robotics companies, vehicle manufacturers, industry associations, universities, and research institutions. Through closer collaboration among industry, academia, and research organizations, the company will further optimize its overseas products and service systems to better meet Japanese industry standards and market requirements.

Robotphoenix also plans to strengthen connections with Japanese-owned manufacturing facilities in Southeast Asia, supporting their automation upgrades and creating opportunities for complementary development between the Chinese and Japanese markets.

The establishment of its Japan operations marks an important milestone in Robotphoenix’s global expansion. Looking ahead, Robotphoenix will continue to deepen its presence in Japan, expand into Southeast Asia’s manufacturing markets, and bring advanced robotic products and automation solutions to customers worldwide.

Through continuous technological innovation and international collaboration, Robotphoenix is committed to accelerating the globalization of intelligent manufacturing.
